Action Step: Keep track of all the plastic you touch today. Note how much of it is single use. Devise a plan to use an alternative as much as possible.
Sanity Tip: Start taking a bag with you on your jogs, hikes, walks to pick up trash. Plogging is the Swedish fitness trend that combines jogging while picking up trash. Other variations of activity derived from it, such as “taking a palk” (plogging walk) or a “pike” (plogging hike).
